Green Project Inc Customer Service
Our customer service department is open from 9:00am – 5:30pm PST, Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.

We have 2 locations that we ship from: our main warehouse in Hacienda Heights, CA, and our secondary in Jessup, MD.
Cutoff for same day shipping is usually 2:00pm local warehouse time, however, we’ll do our best to ship same day. Please call in urgent requests placed after 2:00pm.
All merchandise is shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Unless otherwise specified, we will default to the lowest cost shipping option.
Tracking #’s are listed on the Invoice and emailed to the email address we have on file. If you believe the email we have on file is incorrect, please contact your account manager.
Green Project does not charge Minimum Order fees.
For your convenience, Green Project provides a will call facility for local pick-ups from the hours of 10:00am to 4:30pm. To ensure that your items are processed in a timely manner, please place your order at least 1 hour prior to pick up. This is an estimated window for processing and could vary. Please verify with your account manager the SO number and the amount of purchase.
All deliveries will be arranged according to our delivery schedule. Please contact your account manager for estimated delivery time and the minimum purchase requirements for a delivery.
